Qualifications

Job description

Job Title: Sales and Fleet Multi Skilled Agent

Location: Bath

Salary: £9.10ph plus commission (£5k to £6k per year)

Our client is looking for a passionate, motivated and sales driven Multi Skilled Agent to join their team at Bath.

To provide a high-quality rental service to meet their customer requirements and sell the company’s services and products to achieve targets.

You will also organise the delivery and collection of vehicles to maximise service standards and minimise costs.

They offer a wide range of car and van rental services – be it for a few hours, a few days, a week, a month or more – with a fleet that is already “C02 light” and equipped with the latest engines, and which will be increasingly “green” in the years to come.

As a Multi Skilled Agent you will:

  • Handle all telephone enquires in a polite and helpful manner, adhering to the company’s telephone technique
  • To provide a high level of Customer Service in all customer contact situations, recognising our Company’s Customer Service standards and your empowerment to deliver total customer satisfaction.
  • To be commercially aware and identify and report new business opportunities
  • Liaise with the central fleet team and local branches to source vehicles that are necessary to meet customer bookings
  • To ensure the accurate completion of all vehicle documentation on the in house rental system
  • Organise repairs and warranty work to vehicles where necessary and progress all vehicles in for repair
  • Accurately complete all fuel documentation daily and ensure competent members of staff receive fuel deliveries in accordance with relevant legislation
  • As part of the role, you may be required to deliver and collect vehicles to customers specified requirements and inform customers of all relevant information regarding vehicle handover
  • A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience is required.
  • It would be great if you understand the challenges of the rental and sales sector (although training will be provided), reaching KPI’s and targets and delivering your work to the highest standards.
