The Role

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales & Events Manager to join the team at Harbour Hotel on a fixed term contract, covering Maternity Leave, with the ideal candidate starting in August 2025.

As Sales & Events Manager, you will have a proven track record in functions and events proactive sales in a hotel environment, with a passion and drive to take the business forward. You will need to be an effective communicator with a warm and welcoming personality, have exceptional attention to detail, an immaculate presentation, and a passion for exceeding guest expectations. We are looking for a strong individual to manage and support the team to achieve financial targets.

Harbour Hotel Southampton stands proud in Ocean Village Marina. This ‘super-yacht’ of a building is the only luxury five-star hotel & Spa in Southampton.
