An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an international cosmetics business as a Sales and Education Manager. Working within a positive, energising culture geared toward the achievement of excellence, you will find outstanding job satisfaction daily. This role requires travel across the North of England.
The Sales and Education Manager will be responsible for driving sales within the partner portfolio in the North, covering around 30 doors. You will be at the forefront of the brand, educating and engaging beauty advisors in-store. You will inspire others to drive brand goals, awareness, and retail sales. Additionally, this role involves ensuring all brand guidelines and operational standards are maintained across all stores.
The ideal candidate should have strong training experience, with a proven track record of achieving and building territory sales targets and KPIs. Experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry is required; cosmetic artistry experience is a plus but not necessary.
