Sales and Education Advisor

Role Description

As a Sales and Education Advisor, you will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to support sales and education initiatives across key accounts in your area. Your responsibilities include achieving KPIs such as sales targets, conducting educational activities, and managing successful in-store event strategies.

You will serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams, building relationships within Pixi and engaging stakeholders to ensure the delivery of top-tier assets and support to drive business growth. You will become Pixi’s local expert in your area.

Key Job Responsibilities

  1. Gain a thorough understanding of each customer's ways of working, needs, and requirements.
  2. Expand customer relationships by proposing solutions that meet joint business objectives.
  3. Support the business by executing in-store trainings and events.
  4. Ensure correct merchandising with all updates, meeting Pixi's guidelines.
  5. Act as the key link between Pixi’s internal retail/education teams and local store contacts to create POS excellence and drive store engagement.
  6. Prioritize in-store performance issues that most impact sales and address them promptly.
  7. Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
  8. Suggest new services and innovative sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
  9. Identify and implement new training and educational needs as required.
  10. Collaborate with Marketing and Events teams to maximize growth opportunities within retailers.
  11. Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure retailers and Pixi teams have the necessary tools for success.
  12. Review regional expenses and recommend improvements.
  13. Represent the Pixi brand positively and lead by example.
  14. Provide weekly sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
  15. Support the overall business as needed.
