Sales and Deputy Manager


Edinburgh | On-Site | 2 Saturdays per month required


£28,000 + Bonus


About the client


We're working on behalf of a well-established storage company in Edinburgh, looking to appoint a Deputy Manager. This is a varied, hands-on role combining sales, customer service, operations and administration. You'll support the Centre Manager in delivering excellent service standards while helping drive commercial performance through effective sales, marketing and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Drive sales by converting incoming enquiries, hitting KPIs, and promoting additional services like insurance and merchandise

  • Maintain high standards of customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals

  • Assist with local marketing initiatives and build strong relationships with external partners

  • Respond to customer enquiries both in person and over the phone with professionalism and clarity

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of centre administration and reporting

  • Oversee daily operations in the Centre Manager's absence, including staff support and planning

  • Maintain the site's safety, security, and cleanliness while ensuring all company procedures are followed

  • Manage payments and proactively follow up on late accounts

  • Coordinate minor repairs and maintenance with the appropriate channels

About You:


You're a highly organised and commercially aware individual with a background in administration. Sales experience is beneficial however, a go-getter and positive attitude is more of a necessity.


You enjoy working in a hands-on, customer-facing role and are motivated by targets and performance goals.
