Previous automotive experience is a plus but not required. We will train you to succeed and help you turn a job into a career while earning a well above average income!

Responsibilities

  • Approach, greet, and assist customers in person and on the phone
  • Help customers select vehicles by asking questions and listening carefully
  • Explain product performance, features, and benefits
  • Describe optional equipment available for purchase
  • Build strong rapport with customers
  • Perform professional presentations and demonstrations of vehicles
  • Overcome objections and follow all customer assistance procedures per company standards

Requirements

  • Experience is a plus but not required
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
  • Outgoing and friendly, especially when handling customer concerns and questions
  • High-quality customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
