Sales & Business Development Associate
45k- 80k + OTE (bonus/commission) + full benefits package
Mayfair, London Full-time, Permanent Hybrid (2 days WFH)

We're looking for a driven and articulate Sales & Business Development Associate to join our growing team in the heart of Mayfair. You'll play a pivotal role in generating new business leads and opening doors for our Investment and Fund Managers by engaging with Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) across the UK.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys outbound sales, is confident with client interaction, and wants to develop their career in financial services with a respected and ambitious firm.
What you'll be doing:

Proactively reach out to IFAs via phone and email to introduce our services
Book qualified, high-quality meetings for our senior investment professionals
Join occasional client meetings to support with note-taking and follow-up
Help prepare and distribute factsheets, brochures, and other marketing materials
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date with contact history and meeting notes
Share feedback and insights from the market to support our broader distribution strategy
What we're looking for:

A clear, confident phone manner and strong verbal communication skills
A proactive attitude and motivation to build relationships and open new doors
Previous experience in sales, telesales, or client development within financial services
Well-organised, detail-oriented, and reliable in following up actions
A collaborative mindset - you're happy to support team-wide projects and goals
A genuine interest in investment management and the IFA landscape
