What You’ll Do

As a Sales & After
Sales Administrator
, you will:

  • Support
    the Sales Team
    by coordinating key tasks
    throughout the sales and handover journey
  • Liaise
    with customers
    and suppliers to deliver
    exceptional service and timely responses
  • Coordinate
    essential pre-handover arrangements
    , including
    cleaning, utility connections, snagging, and inspections
  • Prepare
    and manage all sales documentation
    , including
    warranties, policies, and compliance paperwork
  • Conduct
    pre-delivery inspections
    and support with
    new owner snagging reports
  • Assist
    with after-sales queries
    and ensure swift
    resolution to maintain owner satisfaction
  • Provide
    administrative cover
    at reception when
    required

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a detail-focused
and approachable team member who can balance efficiency with empathy. Ideally,
you’ll have:

  • Previous
    administration experience
    , preferably in sales
    or customer support
  • A
    confident telephone manner
    and the
    ability to resolve queries professionally
  • Strong
    organisational skills
    with a proactive
    and solutions-focused approach
  • Good
    IT skills
    , including Microsoft Office and
    database systems
  • Ability
    to work independently
    while also
    contributing to a team effort
