EE Darlington is hiring for a part-time customer service role, with 20, 25 or 30 hours per week. You’ll speak with customers, understand their needs and propose EE products and services over the phone. The role offers a fast-paced environment, training and support, and the chance to grow with the business.

Starting Oct 2026, hourly rate £13.35 rising to £13.66 after 9 months, with an uncapped monthly commission scheme and flexible breaks to fit your life.

• Build relationships with customers and guide them to the right EE products and services.
• Deliver high-quality service, meet targets, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
