A recruitment agency is looking for a confident and driven Sales Agent to join their team in Eurocentral. This full-time role offers a base salary of £25,000, with OTE of up to £40,000 per annum. The successful candidate will engage with warm leads, build customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. • Base salary of £25,000 p/annum
• OTE of up to £40,000 p/annum

Working as a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Contacting warm leads for sales opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Drive customer satisfaction to ensure customer's calls and queries are managed effectively and efficiently
• Promoting the range of services offered by the company - depending on the customers needs
• Take ownership of admin tasks whilst making recommendations for service improvements

To be successful in this Sales Agent role, you will ideally have previous experience in a sales and/or customer service environment. Combined with the following skills and experience:

• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to communicate at all levels
• The ability to engage well with customers
• Collaborative and works well as part of a great team
• Experience with Microsoft packages
