Job summary

Acorn Insurance in Liverpool is hiring a Sales Agent in the Household department. The role is hybrid, with 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri 09:00–17:30). Salary ranges from £26,938 to £28,609, plus up to £2,000 bonus annually.

You will provide bespoke insurance quotations, handle existing and new customers, and keep client records accurate while meeting targets and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with bespoke insurance quotations and tailor products to individual needs.
• Deal with existing and new customers and retain clients.
• Upsell additional products and provide excellent customer service.
• Report to Team Leader/Manager and review renewal lists.
• Check policy data accuracy and update client records.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and renew household policies.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week: Monday to Friday 09:00am – 17:30pm

What you will be doing:

• Providing customers with bespoke insurance quotations, tailoring products to individuals needs


• Dealingwith both existing and new customers


• Retaining existing clients


• Upselling additional products


• Always providing Excellent customer service


• Reporting to Team leader/Manager


• Reviewing an allocated renewal invite list


• Invite policies compliantly.


• Check policy data accuracy


• Ensure client records are updated appropriately


• Review a fair analysis of the market


• Handling Inbound & Outbound Calls


• Renew Policies Household policies compliantly


• Respond to Customer Renewal Queries

What we’re looking for:
