About the Role

We are seeking a highly proactive, motivated, and results-driven Sales Agent to join our expanding telephone-based sales team. The successful candidate will identify and nurture leads, contact potential customers by phone to promote and sell our products or services, and play a crucial role in driving the growth of Admiral Business by providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct calls to potential customers, effectively communicating the benefits of our products or services.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Upsell Admiral Business products to expand our reach.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through excellent customer service.
  • Accurately update customer information and sales records in the CRM system.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record in outbound sales.
  • Experience in lead generation and prospecting.
  • A positive, self-motivated attitude.
  • Strong rapport-building skills.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as underwriting, customer service, and marketing.

Preferred but not essential:

  • Previous insurance experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce.

Hybrid Working

The successful candidate will work from our Cardiff or Swansea office twice a week.
