Location: Belfast International Airport
Contract: Full and Part Time available

Job Purpose:

Our Client is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Advisors to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer receives expert help and advice. You will be involved in all aspects of the store, from customer service to stock management and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Focus:

  • Greet customers with a friendly smile.
  • Assist customers with product selection.
  • Offer additional link sales.
  • Ensure all customers receive excellent service every time.
  • Handle end-to-end customer service, including till operations.

Stock Management:

  • Ensure the store is fully replenished.
  • Perform goods receiving duties.
  • Conduct stocktaking and inventory compliance.
  • Manage merchandising and pricing.

Housekeeping / Health & Safety

  • Keep the store well-presented at all times.
  • Ensure the safe usage of all cleaning materials.
  • Maintain tidy store and stock rooms in line with Health & Safety standards.
  • Report any potential hazards to the manager/supervisors.

Security:

  • Ensure the security of stock on the shop floor and compliance with till inventory.
  • Be responsible for shop floor security during shifts.
  • Stay aware of potential security risks within the store and the greater airport community.

  • Ability to work both in a team and individually.
