Job Title: Sales Advisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Advisor to join a market-leading company within the house building sector. An instantly recognisable name within the industry, with customer service excellence at the core of everything they do. With exciting new developments coming up, they are looking for someone who can progress and grow with the company.

What's in it for you:
  • Basic Salary up to £28,000
  • £1,000 guaranteed bonus per month
  • 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility to go permanent
  • Working days are Thursday to Monday, 10am - 5pm
Your Responsibilities:
  • Ensure sales targets are met through negotiation and selling of plots.
  • Handle on-site administration duties and ensure the buying process is efficient.
  • Ensure high-quality show home presentations, maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Required Skills:
  • Extensive experience in housing sales, either on a temporary or permanent basis.
  • A good understanding of lenders and the financial aspects of purchasing a home.
  • IT literate.
  • Able to travel to sites in the Leicester area.
  • Full UK driving licence.
