Location: Sunderland/Durham
Salary: Up to £29,000 + Uncapped OTE
Working Pattern: Thursday-Monday, 11am-6pm

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome potential buyers and provide expert guidance on available properties.

  • Work closely with marketing and development teams to improve the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in property sales, ideally in new homes, but candidates from the automotive industry may be considered.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and customer service-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility to work Thursday to Monday, with weekends crucial for connecting with buyers.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
