Job summary

EE in Dundee is seeking Sales Advisors to join our contact centre. You’ll take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband, while guiding them to the right tech products.

We reward performance with a starting salary of £26,116 rising to £26,738 after eight months, plus uncapped commission, great benefits, and growth opportunities in a sociable, flexible team.

Qualifications

• Must be a great listener and fluent talker.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is beneficial for customer interactions.
• Ability to explain deals and navigate tech products to customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband.
• Assist customers in choosing suitable tech products and explain options clearly.
