EE in Dundee is seeking energetic Sales Advisors to join our busy contact centre. You’ll take inbound calls from existing EE customers, help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, and guide them through our range of tech products.

We value great listeners who can match customers to the right product, and we offer a clear path to uncapped commissions, excellent benefits, and growth opportunities within EE and BT.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic approach suitable for a fast-paced sales environment.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to identify customer needs.
• Fluent spoken English with confident, friendly communication.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from existing EE customers and explain best deals on phones and broadband.
• Help customers navigate EE tech products and match them to the right solution.
