Job summary

EE in Glasgow is seeking Sales Advisors for a full-time role in our busy contact centre. You’ll take inbound calls from EE customers, help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, and assist with navigating EE’s tech products. We value an outgoing, energetic attitude and the ability to listen and talk confidently to customers.

The role starts on 30 November 2026, with full-time hours (37.5 per week) and uncapped commission. Training provided and opportunities to grow within EE and BT.
