Job summary

EE is seeking Sales Advisors for its Dundee contact centre. You’ll join a lively team, trained to assist existing EE customers with the best deals on phones and broadband and to navigate EE products.

You should be a good listener and a fluent speaker, ready to engage customers and recommend the right solutions. Starting salary is £26,116, rising to £26,738 after eight months, with uncapped commission and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality helps.

• Able to handle customer needs and match to products.
