Job summary

EE in Dundee is seeking Sales Advisors to join a lively contact centre. You will take incoming calls from existing EE customers, explain the best deals on phones and broadband, and help customers navigate the EE product range.

Qualifications

• Be outgoing and energetic with a passion for helping customers.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, clear phone manner.
• Previous experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
