Job Description

This is a permanent full-time position offering 35 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Liverpool Edge Lane store.

As a Sales Advisor Team Leader, you lead the way in direct customer service, store operations, and team development whilst supporting the management team to deliver the best experience for customers and colleagues.

This role is a great step for those with some supervisory experience who wish to pursue a management role in H&M as a Visual Merchandiser or Department Manager.

Key responsibilities:
  • Inspire customers by promoting campaigns, offers, and activities, and stay aware of H&M, other retailers, and current market trends.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to contribute to the store's sales and profit goals.
  • Support the store management team to create a strong team environment, lead by example, and ensure colleagues maintain high standards in garment care and store operations.
  • Follow health and safety routines to promote the safety and well-being of all colleagues and customers.
Qualifications
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, train, and develop teams.
  • Previous leadership experience is advantageous.
  • A customer-first mindset.
Additional Information

Availability to work 7 days a week, including weekends, is required. Please note, sponsorship under the skilled worker route is not available for this position.
