Job Description

This is a permanent part-time position offering 20 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Tamworth store in Ventura Retail Park.

As a Sales Advisor, you are responsible for always putting our customers first while creating an exceptional shopping experience in-store. Together with a great team, you contribute to the sales and profit of your store and share product and fashion knowledge.

Key responsibilities:

1. Inspiring customers by promoting campaigns, offers, and activities, and delivering a great customer experience that contributes to the store's sales and profit goals.
2. Giving and receiving honest feedback to support your own development and that of your colleagues.
3. Following health and safety routines to promote the safety and well-being of all colleagues and customers.

Additional Information
