Job description

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Swindon store team and help continue its success! Please note this role requires a minimum of 8 hours a week and is initially a 3-month temporary contract until the end of August.

Responsibilities:
  1. Providing world-class customer service.
  2. Serving as an ambassador for our premium tea and coffee, guiding customers through our curated selection to find their perfect purchase.
  3. Consistently achieving daily sales targets.
  4. Collaborating with your team to foster excellent working relationships.
  5. Managing front-facing duties including operating the till, engaging in customer service, and conducting tastings.
  6. Handling daily operations such as cleaning, unpacking deliveries, managing stock, and banking duties.
  7. Leading in-store and on-street tastings to elevate the product experience.
  8. Working effectively in a team.
  9. Engaging customers in meaningful product discussions and providing outstanding service and support.
  10. Committing to personal growth and achieving excellence.
  11. Previous experience in customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential.
