H&M Group is seeking a temporary part-time Sales Advisor in our Gloucester store. This 16-hours-per-week position requires flexibility across 2–4 days, including weekends, to support the team and deliver excellent service.

As part of the Store Team you will engage customers, keep up with fashion trends, help hit store goals and share feedback to help you and colleagues grow. We offer a vibrant environment and a range of benefits.

This is a temporary part-time16 hours position based in the Gloucester store. For this position we will require 2- 4 days flexibility, including the weekends.

• Representing the H&M Brand positively and engaging with our customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
• Supporting with commercial and operational actions together with your colleagues, to reach store goals and sales targets.
• Keep informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide our customers.
• Providing and receiving feedback to support yourself and your colleagues to learn and develop.
