Job Description

As a Rituals Advisor, you are an integral part of our store team. Your role involves engaging directly with customers, listening to their needs, and advising them on our products to create memorable customer experiences. This position offers exciting opportunities for career growth within the luxury retail environment.

You will work closely with your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve personal and store goals. Your daily interactions with customers should ensure a 'best in class' customer experience. Additionally, you are expected to follow store operational and safety procedures and maintain the store's cleanliness and visual standards.
