Job summary

H&M Saint Paul’s store in London is seeking a Sales Advisor to join a vibrant store team. This permanent full-time role is 35 hours per week with weekend flexibility to meet store goals and service standards.

You’ll deliver an exceptional shopping experience, staying informed about fashion trends, engaging with customers, and supporting colleagues to hit sales targets while living the H&M values.

These are permanent full-time 35 hour positions based in the H&M Saint Pauls store in the One New Change Shopping Centre. For these positions we will require full flexibility, including the weekends.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a H&M Sales Advisor, you will be essential in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

• Representing the H&M Brand positively and engaging with our customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
• Supporting with commercial and operational actions together with your colleagues, to reach store goals and sales targets.
• Keep informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide our customers.
• Providing and receiving feedback to support yourself and your colleagues to learn and develop.
