Job summary

H&M Reading Store in the Oracle Shopping Centre is hiring a Sales Advisor on a permanent full-time basis (35 hours per week). The role requires full flexibility, including weekends, to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and to help meet store goals.

You will engage with customers, stay informed on fashion trends, support with commercial and operational actions, and work as part of a dynamic store team to inspire customers and colleagues.

These are permanent full-time 35 hours positions based in the H&M Reading Store in the Oracle Shopping Centre. For these position we will require full flexibility, including the weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a H&M Sales Advisor, you will be essential in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Representing the H&M Brand positively and engaging with our customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
• Supporting with commercial and operational actions together with your colleagues, to reach store goals and sales targets.
• Keep informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide our customers.
• Providing and receiving feedback to support yourself and your colleagues to learn and develop.
