Job summary

Miller Homes is seeking a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) for the South Midlands region, based at our Houlton development in Rugby. You will take responsibility for and manage the development sales function and be the primary Miller Homes contact for potential and existing customers.

You will be tasked with securing the sale of homes and overseeing the customer journey in line with company standards, procedures and targets.

Qualifications

• The role requires leadership in development sales and customer journey management.
• Experience in sales/advisory roles within the housing/new homes sector is beneficial.
• Strong communication and targets-driven performance expectations.
