Job description

Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and selection agency specializing in Retail, Fashion, and Luxury, is seeking a Sales Advisor for a prestigious perfume brand. This position is for their new boutique located in the renowned Burlington Arcade area, London.

We work with various companies in the Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors across Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich, and Amsterdam.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide an exceptional customer experience and exceed customer expectations at every opportunity;
2. Demonstrate and reflect the luxury brand image through the service you provide with a positive and professional attitude;
3. Build and maintain quality relationships with customers, resulting in strong sales performance;
4. Ensure brand loyalty by developing these relationships through personal interaction and active customer loyalty;
5. Drive CRM at your location and maintain the customer database;
6. Collaborate proactively with the team to achieve shop objectives.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience working in the beauty or fragrances industry within a luxury setting;
2. Strong customer service skills to ensure an impeccable customer experience;
3. Ability to establish strong customer relationships to ensure brand loyalty;
4. Discretion in handling personal customer information;
5. Strong brand awareness and ability to deliver excellent product knowledge to customers;
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

What The Company Offers:

• Salary: 30-35K per year
