We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Oxford store team to help continue its success!   • Providing world-class customer service.
  • Serving as an ambassador for our premium tea and coffee, guiding customers through our expertly curated selection to find their perfect purchase.
  • Consistently achieving daily sales targets.
  • Collaborating closely with your team to foster excellent working relationships.
  • Managing front-facing duties including operating the till, engaging in customer service, and conducting tastings.
  • Handling day-to-day operations such as cleaning, unpacking deliveries, managing stock, and banking duties.
  • Leading in-store and on-street tastings to elevate the Whittard product experience.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Confidence in engaging customers in meaningful product discussions and providing outstanding service and support.
  • A commitment to personal growth and achieving excellence.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential
