Overview

Allen Motor Group is looking to hire a Sales Advisor for our Ford dealership in Northampton. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service across both face-to-face and digital enquiries to help customers choose the right product.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound enquiries via email, telephone, and digital channels
• Meeting personal and team-based sales targets
• Guiding customers through the entire purchase process, advising on extended warranties, accessories, and financial products
• Adhering to industry rules and regulations regarding the sale of financial products and insurance

Experience

No experience is required; applications from those new to automotive sales are welcome. The key attributes and skills we look for are:

• A full UK driving licence

Employment details
