- Guide customers through the sales process, including financing options, trade-ins, and delivery timelines
- Act as a trusted advisor, answering questions and addressing concerns or objections

- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Engage in daily outbound lead generation, opportunity capture, and sales pipeline management
