THE ROLE
The role of the Sales Advisor is to support an environment of genuine customer connection, aiming to maximize sales through high-quality service and always going the extra mile. Be a proud and passionate ambassador of Ted, who understands and promotes the company “Mission Statement” and “Strategy”.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
People
- A high level of team participation, working with integrity and respect for others.

- Collaborate with the teams in all meetings and briefings.
- Support new hires within the team through friendly mentorship.

- Understand the core values and culture of Ted and reflect these in all efforts.
Product
- Use all available tools and information to stay updated on current product and increase awareness of the product in terms of Called, Colour, Composition, Cost, Care, Cut (The 6 C’s).
- Follow merchandising guidelines, replenishment methods, and housekeeping standards to ensure that Ted is represented at the highest level.
- Demonstrate a keen personal interest in Ted and support brand messaging.
Commercial
- Demonstrate all requirements of Ted’s School of Excellence.
- Deliver Greet, Observe, Talk, Fit, Assist, Thank (GOTFAT) with enthusiasm and consistency, understanding the impact of actions on customer experience and sales.
- Understand various customer profiles and use sales techniques to build loyal customer relationships online and offline.
- Actively seek knowledge and take ownership of achieving and exceeding location KPI’s and supporting brand promotions and campaigns.
- Proactively capture customer data at PoS and understand its role in customer relationship management.
- Keep yourself and customers informed about Ted’s social media activities.
- Support the integration of new technology into our customer service.
- Deliver a warm and memorable customer service experience.
Operations
- Follow company policies and procedures, working independently when needed.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures, properly use equipment, and report unsafe conditions.
- Follow loss prevention measures and report misuse or theft of company assets.
