Ysé is recruiting a Sales Advisor for our London boutique on a fixed-term contract (24 hours per week). The role runs from 1 December to 31 December. You will warmly welcome clients, offer sincere fashion advice, and help shoppers find pieces that make them feel confident.

You will also master Ysé collections through in-house training, uphold brand image in merchandising, and manage stock and omnichannel processes. Weekend work is expected but is not a problem for you.

Qualifications

• No formal qualification required; a genuine service mindset and ability to build relationships are key.
• You are a born retailer with a passion for sales and track performance indicators with curiosity.
• You train yourself continuously and share enthusiasm with clients.
• You master procedures and tools and work with method.

Responsabilités

• Handle till operations with rigour and professionalism.
• Participate in training to master Ysé's collections and merchandising standards.
• Ensure correct shelf placement and report any product inconsistencies observed.
• Master deliveries, restocking, returns and stock takes; manage till opening/closing.
• Use Shopify, RFID and omnichannel processes confidently.
• Maintain a clean and well-presented boutique environment and wear the uniform with care.

For our boutique in London, we are recruiting a Sales Advisor (M/F) on a fixed term contract basis, 24h per week. This role is available from 1 December to 31 December.

You welcome clients with kindness and attention, advise them on our collections and help them find the pieces in which they feel confident. You are autonomous, organised and share your passion for Ysé's universe.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

CLIENT SERVICE & SALES

• Welcome and support each client with generosity, attentiveness and kindness whilst offering sincere advice

• Actively contribute to driving revenue, boutique performance indicators and client retention

• Handle till operations with rigour and professionalism

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE & MERCHANDISING

• Participate in all in-house training to master Ysé's collections in depth

• Consistently uphold brand image standards by applying Ysé's merchandising fundamentals with care and precision

• Ensure correct shelf placement according to Store Manager guidelines and report any product inconsistencies observed

STOCK MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS

• Master operational tasks within defined timescales: deliveries, restocking, returns, stock takes

• Master till opening and closing procedures

• Use Shopify tools, RFID technology and omnichannel processes (Click & Collect) confidently

IMAGE, CLEANLINESS & TEAM SPIRIT

• Wear the Ysé uniform with care: always clean and well-maintained

• Actively contribute to boutique cleanliness and maintenance (flooring, fixtures, fitting rooms, windows)

• Foster a positive, supportive and kind working atmosphere within your team

• Actively participate in boutique life and team cohesion
