Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and selection agency specialised in Retail, Fashion, and Luxury, is looking for a Sales Advisor for a luxury leather goods brand in London.

We work with various companies in the luxury, premium, and high premium sectors across Europe, with offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich, and Amsterdam.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience and exceed customer expectations at every opportunity;
  • Demonstrate and reflect the luxury brand image through professional service and a positive attitude;
  • Respond to all customer queries and issues professionally, effectively, and promptly;
  • Build and maintain quality relationships with customers to achieve strong sales performance;
  • Ensure brand loyalty by developing relationships through personal interaction and active customer loyalty programs;
  • Drive CRM initiatives and maintain the customer database;
  • Approach customers for events such as private sales, in-store events, or new product launches to grow your customer base and spending;
  • Collaborate proactively with the team to achieve shop objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the luxury sector;
  • Strong customer service skills for an impeccable customer experience;
  • Ability to create a warm, authentic welcome for all customers with a positive attitude;
  • Ability to establish strong customer relationships to ensure brand loyalty;
  • Discretion in handling personal customer information;
  • Strong brand awareness and product knowledge;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work proactively as part of a team with a positive attitude.
