The ideal candidate will have proven experience in property sales and exceptional customer service skills. You will manage the sales process and achieve targets while working in a supportive team environment. Competitive salary of £30,000 plus uncapped commission is offered.

Our client, a respected and fast-growing new homes developer, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Homes Sales Advisor to join their team in Luton. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential buyers — guiding them through every step of the home-buying journey on an exciting new development in the area.
Welcome and engage prospective buyers on-site, providing exceptional customer service
Present the development, show homes and available plots with professionalism and enthusiasm
Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to completion
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
Achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience
Proven experience in new homes sales, estate agency, or property sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Professional, confident, and approachable manner
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work weekends (with days off in lieu)
£30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission
