About the Role

Our client, a respected and fast-growing new homes developer, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Homes Sales Advisor to join their team in Luton. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential buyers — guiding them through every step of the home-buying journey on an exciting new development in the area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and engage prospective buyers on-site, providing exceptional customer service

  • Present the development, show homes and available plots with professionalism and enthusiasm

  • Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to completion

  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation

  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience

What We’re Looking For:
