H&M Leamington Spa is seeking a Sales Advisor for permanent part-time roles, with 12 and 20-hour options and 3-5 days of flexibility including weekends. You will be part of a dynamic store team delivering a standout shopping experience and supporting store goals.

Job Description

These are permanent part-time 12 & 20 hour positions based in the H&M Leamington Spa store. For these positions we will require 3-5 days flexibility, including weekends.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a H&M Sales Advisor, you will be essential in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Representing the H&M Brand positively and engaging with our customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
• Supporting with commercial and operational actions together with your colleagues, to reach store goals and sales targets.
• Keep informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide our customers.
• Providing and receiving feedback to support yourself and your colleagues to learn and develop.
