Saltrock Lyme Regis, a coastal lifestyle brand, is hiring a Sales Advisor for an 8 hour contract to join our retail team in Lyme Regis. You'll work with an energetic team, delivering an excellent in-store experience for customers while representing our product and brand.

The role focuses on helping to hit sales targets, delivering friendly service, keeping the store clean, and communicating product features and stock availability. You will also assist with merchandising and store upkeep.

Formación

• Retail experience is desirable but not essential.
• Customer-focused with a friendly approach.

Responsabilidades

• Help achieve sales targets by showing passion for the product during transactions.
• Create a welcoming store atmosphere for customers.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards for a safe, tidy store.
• Inform customers about product features and stock availability.
• Assist with markdowns and price changes within agreed timescales.
• Keep products tidy, presentable and replenished.
• Support merchandising guidelines and product presentation.
• Process deliveries and fulfil keyholder responsibilities.

Job Description

A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You'll work alongside an energetic team, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers delivering an excellent experience for them while they are in store.

Role

• Helping to achieve sales targets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand while processing sales transactions with care
• Ensuring customers have a positive experience within our store making it an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
• Keeping housekeeping to a high standard the outcome being a healthy and safe store
• Be able to feed our customers with information about our product including features and benefits and stock availability
• Help implement any markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
• Keeping our product tidy and presentable and replenish as needed
• Support when requested with merchandising product in conjunction with our guidelines
• Process deliveries
  Keyholder responsibilities

What you will bring on the journey

• A warm and friendly manner that fits with our culture
• A passion for selling and interacting with customers
• Recognition of the importance of strong visual merchandising
• Competent at till operations and Cash/card handling
• Experience in Retail would be desirable but not essential
