The Package

  • Basic Salary: £21, (Additional guaranteed earnings first 4 months)
  • Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (usually 2 on, 1 off). Monday – Friday 08.30 – 17.30 and Saturday 09.00 – 17.00
  • Additional Benefits: 33 days paid Holiday (with an extra day off for your birthday!), Holiday Commission, Pension, Life Insurance, Company Rewards and Incentives, Structured Career Path, Financial sponsorship of EA Qualifications, Employee Assistance Scheme

So, what would I actually be doing?

  • Make the day count! Our morning meetings set the tone, opportunities, and tasks for the day (obviously coffee helps!)
  • Talking with customers and catching up about their property sale or purchase, so don’t be afraid of making call after call after call…
  • Connecting people to the right properties and booking appointments for valuations, viewings and other in-house services
  • Identifying new leads and generating new business to improve performance
  • Meeting people at properties and providing friendly, welcoming advice
  • Providing that positively memorable experience and sometimes handing those keys over on that all-important moving day
