Role Overview

As a Sales Advisor, you'll join our expanding team, aiming to achieve high sales results while delivering exceptional customer service. Automotive experience is not necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.

  • A proven track record in sales with a desire to produce results
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, flexibility, dedication, and commitment
  • Ability to prospect, create opportunities, and handle incoming inquiries
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • A commitment to exceeding customer expectations and delivering excellent buying experiences
  • Strong team orientation and personal sales target drive
  • Valid driving license is essential
  • Availability to work weekends, including every Saturday and alternating Sundays on a 5-6 day rota
