H&M Inverness is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver an exceptional shopping experience in our Inverness store. This permanent position offers 20–30 hours per week with 4–5 days of flexibility, including weekends. You will be part of a dynamic store team and help drive sales while staying current on fashion trends.

This is a permanent full-time 20 & 30 hours position based in the Inverness store. For this position we will require 4-5 days flexibility, including the weekends.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a H&M Sales Advisor, you will be essential in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

• Representing the H&M Brand positively and engaging with our customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
• Supporting with commercial and operational actions together with your colleagues, to reach store goals and sales targets.
• Keep informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide our customers.
• Providing and receiving feedback to support yourself and your colleagues to learn and develop.
