Job summary

H&M is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor for our Bluewater store in the Bluewater Shopping Centre. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience and helping customers find the right fashion with enthusiasm.

You'll work 8, 12, or 16 hours across 2–4 days, including weekends, and join a supportive store team focused on achieving goals through friendly service and up-to-date fashion knowledge.

These are part-time 8, 12 & 16 hours position based inthe Bluewater store in Bluewater Shopping Centre.For this position we will require 2-4 days flexibility, including the weekends.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a H&M Sales Advisor, youwillbe essential in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Someof your responsibilitieswillinclude:

• Representing the H&M Brand positively and engaging with our customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
• Supporting with commercial and operational actions together with your colleagues, to reach store goals and sales targets.
• Keep informed aboutthe latest fashion trends,brandsandcompetitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide our customers.
• Providing and receiving feedback to support yourself and your colleagues to learn and develop.
