This is a permanent part-time position offering 8 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Inverness store in the Eastgate Shopping Centre.

As a Sales Advisor, you are responsible for always putting our customers first while creating an exceptional shopping experience in-store. You will contribute to sales and profit alongside a great team, sharing product and fashion knowledge.

Key responsibilities:

• You will inspire customers by promoting campaigns, offers, and activities, delivering a great customer experience that supports the store's sales and profit goals.
• You will give and receive honest feedback to support your own development and that of your colleagues.
• You will follow health and safety routines to ensure the safety and well-being of colleagues and customers.
