Position Details: Permanent position. Flexible working hours. Office based in Magherafelt.

Salary: £22,000 - £25,500 + Uncapped Bonus + Progression Opportunities & 5* Training and Development. This is an exciting position with significant growth potential.

Responsibilities

You will undergo a tailored training program to enable you to deliver comprehensive personal lines services to customers by providing knowledgeable, tailored advice on a range of products, selling, and cross-selling within company-set sales targets managed through various performance metrics. You will assist customers with queries, including mid-term adjustments and renewals.

Purpose

• Engage in inbound and outbound calls to sell and cross-sell a range of personal lines insurance products within set sales targets (individual and branch/company).

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a sales role.
• Insurance experience is preferred but not essential.
• Effective communication skills across various media and levels.
