VANRATH is assisting in the recruitment of a Sales Advisor for a leading Insurance company in the UK. The organization has experienced constant growth, and the successful candidate would join a forward-looking organization with many opportunities for progression.

Position: Permanent. Flexible working hours. Office based in Ballymena.

Salary: £22,000 - £25,500 + Uncapped Bonus + Progression Opportunities & 5* Training and Development. A very exciting position with significant growth potential.

Responsibilities

You will undergo a tailored training program to deliver comprehensive personal lines service to customers, providing knowledgeable, tailored advice on products, selling and cross-selling within set sales targets, and managing performance metrics. You will assist customers with queries, including mid-term adjustments and renewals.

Purpose:

• To sell and cross-sell a range of personal lines insurance products via inbound and outbound calls within individual and branch targets.

Ideal Person:
