Job summary

Apm Monaco is seeking a full-time Sales Advisor to join our South Molton Street boutique in London. You will welcome, advise and build trusted relationships with customers to provide a unique luxury shopping experience.

With a passion for sales and excellent interpersonal skills, you will contribute to reaching boutique targets, maintain best-in-class customer service, assist with stock, POS procedures and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Love for APM Monaco and passion for sales.
• Strong customer service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Luxury or fashion retail experience is a real plus.
• Organised, dynamic and eager to learn.
• Flexible and adaptable to shifting retail needs.

Sales

• Welcome, advise and build a trusted relationship with each customer to provide a unique shopping experience
• Actively contribute to achieving the boutique’s sales targets
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of APM products to showcase the brand’s story and unique character to customers
• Build customer loyalty by providing personalised after-sales follow-up

Customer Service

• Ensure an impeccable level of customer service at every interaction
• Handle customer enquiries and initial complaints professionally

Operations & Visual Merchandising

• Contribute to maintaining the boutique to a high standard: cleanliness, organisation and replenishment
• Support visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
• Assist with stock management and inventory
• Follow payment and POS procedures
