The role of the Sales Advisor is to maximize sales through high-level customer service, always striving to go the extra mile. Be a proud and passionate ambassador of Ted, understanding and promoting the company’s Mission and Vision.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Give a warm welcome to all customers at Ted Baker.
  2. Maintain and exceed company sales KPIs.
  3. Complete all tasks accurately and on time, following company policies and procedures.
  4. Reflect the brand’s values in personal presentation and demonstrate passion for the brand.
  5. Follow merchandising principles and replenishment guidelines to ensure the brand is represented at the highest level.
  6. Observe safety and security procedures, reporting any misuse or theft of stock to management.
