Job summary

EE Limited is hiring a Contact Centre Agent in Merthyr Tydfil on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week). You will join a lively sales team, handling inbound calls from EE customers and helping them choose the best deals on phones and broadband.

Qualifications

• You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker.
• You’ll join a lively sales team in our Merthyr contact centre and be trained to take incoming calls from existing EE customers.
• You’ll help customers find the best deals on phones and broadband and navigate the tech products we sell.
