Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Sales experience or knowledge of building materials would be a bonus.
• Willing to learn and be trained for the role.
• Strong time keeping, organisation and clear communication are important.

Responsibilities

• Build connections with customers in person, over the phone, and in-branch.
• Provide expert advice and tailor quotes to customer needs.
• Follow up on enquiries and develop leads.
• Maintain efficient admin and store displays.
• Share up-to-date product knowledge to help customers choose materials.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the branch to support the team.
