Qualifications

• Customer service experience required or preferred.
• Sales experience or knowledge of building materials would be a bonus.
• Strong time-keeping, organisation and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build connections with customers in person, over the phone, in branch or yard.
• Provide expert advice and tailor quotes, following up on enquiries and developing leads.
• Keep admin tasks running smoothly and maintain inviting displays.
• Collaborate with yard and counter sales to support the team.
